In 1948, more than 750,000 Palestinians were forcibly displaced from their homes.bOver 500 villages were destroyed. Thousands of lives were lost. Entire communities — erased.

This history isn’t just a statistic.

It’s the origin of an ongoing struggle for dignity, land, and truth.

We chose the name Origin48 to honor that year — because to build a future, we must first face the past. Our designs are made to carry that memory forward — not as a burden, but as a badge of resistance and pride.

Every element of our visual identity carries meaning:

• The shield logomark represents protection of truth, of culture, of history.
• Black and white, like the photographs of 1948, it stands as a timeless witness.
  
• The underline in our logo? It underscores the truth of 1948 — a fact too often buried, distorted, or denied.
  
• On the back of each hat is a watermelon, a modern symbol of Palestinian resistance, identity, and unity. It’s there to represent: Palestine is always on the back of our minds.
  
• We use green to reflect the olive trees — thousands of which have been destroyed — and the resilience they symbolize.
  
• The aesthetic is clean and minimal, not just for style, but to make room for the story — a story worn with pride, not pity.
